Smoking Policy

SMOKING POLICY

LogServ Surface Logging Services is committed to provide all employees with a safe and healthy working environment.

Accordingly, certain areas have been declared non-smoking areas, including:

• Within 50 m of a well or other source of flammable vapor.
• Recreation and camp facilities (unless specified).
• Mess halls.
• Office buildings and base offices.
• Washrooms and toilets
• All LogServ Surface Logging Services owned or rented vehicles.
• Other areas marked as “No Smoking Zones”.

Any breach of this policy or personnel found to be persistently disregarding this policy, will be subjected to

disciplinary action leading up to the termination of the employment of the offending employee.

Line Managers are responsible for ensuring that this Policy is implemented and maintained.
